DESCRIPTION:  \n \nWe want to invite you to be a part of something we believe will greatly enhance your leadership and your ministry in 2022 and beyond! This Winter and Spring\, we have scheduled something called LeaderLABS 3.0 with Dr. Fred Garmon.  \nDr. Fred Garmon\, founder & executive director of LeaderLabs\, will be the facilitator. He has been a Pastor\, Missionary and Teacher.  Dr. Garmon earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. \nLeaderLabs 3.0 is a training experience designed for any pastor\, staff member or board member who desires to continually develop their leadership skills. This consist of two day training sessions each month from January to April\, a total of 8 days.  The training site will be the Church of God Conference Center in Kenly\, NC. \nBefore attending the four training sessions\, you will need to complete an online questionnaire. After completing the online questionnaire\, you will receive something called a “Benchmark Assessment\,” a sixty page booklet filled with helpful information all about you and your leadership. You will find the results of that assessment to be very helpful as you participate in the training sessions. Once you register for LeaderLABS 3.0\, we will send you the link to complete your online questionnaire and receive your Benchmark Assessment. \nThe cost for the online questionnaire\, the Benchmark Assessment\, and the eight training sessions is only $100.00. For the first fifty PFWB pastors who register\, the cost will be reduced to $50.00. If a pastors spouse would like to participate\, the cost for the spouse will only be $50.00. \nSchedule for Friday & Saturday\n8:30am           PreLab Fellowship (Coffee & Continental Breakfast)\n9:00am           Training\n10:20am         Break\n10:30am         Training\n11:50am          Lunch\n12:30pm         Training\n1:50pm            Break\n2:00pm           Training\n3:15pm            Adjourn \nEach participant who meets the LeaderLabs 3.0 attendance & documented criteria will graduate from LeaderLABS 3.0 on the last training day\, April 23\, 2022\, and will receive an Executive Certificate of Leadership. \nWe hope you will seriously consider joining us on this exciting journey as we all strive to improve our leadership skills and enhance our ministries! \n PASTOR REGISTRATION \n LEADERSHIP TEAM REGISTRATION
