DESCRIPTION:POSTPONED // NEW DATE: Friday\, September 11\, 2020 \n  \nGreetings Ladies\, \nIt is with great joy and anticipation that I write to you today. What\, you might ask\, do I\nhave to be joyful about! We have seen the chaos that is going on in our nation\, our state\nand even our own homes. So how can we have joy in all the turmoil? \nLadies\, we have a Sovereign God and He is our strength. Just as Habakkuk the\nprophet saw everything around him failing\, his faith and trust in God never wavered.\nBut he declared in Habakkuk 3:18\, “Yet I will rejoice in the Lord\, I will be joyful in God\nmy Savior.” \nI want to challenge each one of us to find that place of joy that only comes from having\nthat intimate relationship with Him. And when we find that peace and rest in Him\, we\ncan anticipate that He will meet us right where we are. We will learn to “grow through\,\nwhat you go through” (borrowed from a friend). And as we grow\, we are becoming the\nwomen of God that He has called us to be. \nI would like to share the information concerning our Women’s Ministries Banquet that\nwas scheduled for April 17\, 2020. Due to the uncertainty and the spread of the\nCoronavirus\, we as a board felt that it would be wise to postpone the Banquet until a\nlater date. We would never want to jeopardize the safety and wellbeing of any of our\nladies. We will revisit this decision at a later date and then make you aware of the new\ndate in plenty of time for you to plan your calendars accordingly. \nI am available to help you in any way I can. Please feel free to contact me if you should\nhave any questions. I look forward to seeing all of you at the Women’s Ministries\nBanquet after we weather this storm! And I believe we will come out on the other side\nas victors!
