DESCRIPTION:  \n \nWe want to invite you to be a part of something we believe will greatly enhance your leadership and your ministry in 2022 and beyond! This Winter and Spring\, we have scheduled something called LeaderLABS 3.0 with Dr. Fred Garmon.  \nDr. Fred Garmon\, founder & executive director of LeaderLabs\, will be the facilitator. He has been a Pastor\, Missionary and Teacher.  Dr. Garmon earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. \nLeaderLabs 3.0 is a training experience designed for any pastor\, staff member or board member who desires to continually develop their leadership skills. This consist of two day training sessions each month from January to April\, a total of 8 days.  The training site will be the Church of God Conference Center in Kenly\, NC. \nBefore attending the four training sessions\, you will need to complete an online questionnaire. After completing the online questionnaire\, you will receive something called a “Benchmark Assessment\,” a sixty page booklet filled with helpful information all about you and your leadership. You will find the results of that assessment to be very helpful as you participate in the training sessions. Once you register for LeaderLABS 3.0\, we will send you the link to complete your online questionnaire and receive your Benchmark Assessment. \nThe cost for the online questionnaire\, the Benchmark Assessment\, and the eight training sessions is only $100.00. For the first fifty PFWB pastors who register\, the cost will be reduced to $50.00. DESCRIPTION:Cardboard Boat Regatta\nJuly 24\, 2021 \nA CARDBOARD BOAT – WILL IT FLOAT?\nRangers\, it’s that time! Our Annual Cardboard Boat Regatta is on July 24 at Cabin Lake. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n– Boats must be built using only cardboard and duct tape.\n– Paddles of any kind can be used.\n– 2 persons per boat\n– Everyone in the water must wear an approved personal floatation device.\n– Boys\, girls\, men\, women\, Rangers and non-Rangers of all ages are welcome to race.\n– Spectators are welcome and encouraged.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCost will be $5.00 at the gate\, which includes admissions to Cabin Lake and a hot dog lunch after the race.\nContact Phillip Williams for more info: helpingheart.fcf@gmail.com \n Online registration has ended\, but you can register at the event.  \n \n
