Leadership Development - raising up young leaders to impact future generations (This would be the ministerial development component, the development of a coaching network, the main focus of the General Superintendent)
Increase in Numbers - growing the organization by training and motivating our people more in the area of personal evangelism/soul winning, also planting new churches to reach new people in new places (This would be the evangelism component, equal focus at home and abroad, a clear strategy to plant in key areas with a recruitment plan and a funding mechanism, our missions/evangelism department)
Faith Walk - deepening the spiritual foundations of the families that make up our churches through worship & the practice of the spiritual disciplines of prayer and the word, formation of assessment tools to help our pastors try to better determine the spiritual healthy, growth, development of their members
Equipping - developing fully devoted followers through better Sunday School models and for some churches an intro to Small Group ministries (This would be the discipleship component, a transition from the traditional Sunday School model to an all out small group model at least for some of our churches, our Christian Life Ministries department).
