About the Team…

We are a small group of young athletes who have been given a gift for freestyle BMX. Although we share a passion for bike riding, it does not compare to our love for Jesus Christ. Our mission is to bring the lost to Jesus Christ and to show the saved that no matter where our lives may take us, we can and should serve God wholeheartedly.

November Youth Rally Features Evangelist Bob Holmes

The Annual Youth Rally sponsored by the Youth Ministries of the Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church was held on Saturday, November 20th, 2004 from 10am until 12noon at the PFWB Tabernacle. The theme of the rally was “Truth Quest”. Keynote speaker was Evangelist Bob Holmes from Dorchester, New Hampshire. Since 1978, God has given Bob a heart for the local church and a burden to see lost people saved. Bob preaches messages that increase the desire of children and youth to live holy, love Christ, and have a heart for the lost. To achieve this purpose, God has given Bob a two-fold ministry. One being the ability to clearly preach the Word of God to people, and secondly the unique volleyball skill he has to take on teams single-handedly. Bob has played over 14,000 games with an amazing 98% winning record. He has challenged over 200,000 opponents in front of over two million spectators. Bob keeps the crowd alive with his humor, fun, and competitive volley ball skills. He has been featured on USA Today, the CBS Morning Show, and Ripley's Believe It or Not. Bob has defeated numerous pro sports teams including the Miami Dolphins, Toronto Blue Jays, Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Redskins, and the Minnesota Vikings. Although encouraged by Olympic team members to try out for the Olympics, Bob declined the offer in order to continue to get the message of the gospel out. Evangelist Bob Holmes message to the youth of America is that they can “Beat the Odds” in life by placing saving faith in Jesus Christ. He is able to demonstrate this by his own life and in the talent that God has given him. The Youth Rally is free, but a love offering will be received. This is a ministry opportunity for all ages, but especially geared for children and youth.
